To underscore the flavor of the peanut sauce, sprinkle on some chopped peanuts for garnish. Thai basil adds its unique and special flavor to this dish, although you can use regular basil if Thai basil is unavailable. If asparagus is out of season, substitute green beans or broccoli (although you might want to blanch either of them first because they take longer to cook).
