This satisfying and delicious meal is loaded with protein, calcium, and vitamin C. The creamy sauce, made with tahini and sriracha, makes a good dipping sauce, too (just add less water).

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound extra-firm tofu, well drained, blotted dry, and cut into ½-inch dice

Method

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet or wok. Add the tofu and sauté until browned, about 5 minutes. Add the tamari and salt and pepper to taste, stirring gently to coat. Keep warm.
