1 chopping board
Seed the capsicums and finely dice. Peel and slice the onions.
Peel and crush the garlic.
In a flameproof casserole dish, sauté the mince with the onions and garlic in butter for 10 minutes or until well browned.
Add the rest of the ingredients, cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring regularly. Season with salt.
