When I’m looking for a fast and fresh dinner, I look to soups like this one, which is chock-full of creamy canned beans but with a dose of fresh green beans to make it more appealing and colorful. Rosemary-garlic croutons round out this bowl so that it’s a complete meal; but let’s face it, garlicky toasted bread could make just about anything taste delicious.
