I am a cabbage lover. I admit it, freely. I love cabbage cooked many ways, but it’s especially tasty when flavored with vadouvan, crunchy almonds, and browned tofu. Even if cabbage has never been your favorite vegetable, you’ll be amazed at how delicious it can be when sautéed with onion, garlic, spices, and ginger.

  1. Put the flour in a shallow bowl. Dredge the tofu in the flour and shake off the excess.
