Luckily for us, canned black beans are not only delicious, but they’re easy to incorporate into busy weeknight meals. With their high protein content and big flavor, they satisfy vegetarians and omnivores alike. Crisping up the tortillas adds another texture and warms up these tacos, melting the cheese and creating a cross between a taco and a quesadilla. Call them what you will; I call them delish.
