Roasting cauliflower brings out its sweeter side, and when paired with sour and salty little French cornichon pickles, this tartine topper is a real party in your mouth. The hummus creates a creamy and flavorful layer for the cauliflower salad to stick to, making it much easier to eat with your fingers. Thanks to the Purple Pig’s Jimmy Bannos Jr. for the inspiration for this recipe.
