This recipe has very different tastes from a basic potato salad. With this one I’m using horseradish (fresh or creamed) and red onions as flavours. It also doesn’t have a mayonnaise base but instead the Mustard Dressing is being used. However, this can be made an awful lot quicker and still be very tasty by using a good quality jar of mayonnaise mixed with creamed horseradish and a dot of mustard. So you can see cooking doesn’t have to be too much of a chore! There are always alternatives.<
