  • About

This chicken dish is simple to make and so easy to cook. The chicken is dry-fried. This basically means it doesn’t have any sauce but the instant marinade keeps it moist to eat with lots of flavours happening. Looking at the seasoning ingredients you’d think it was going to need marinating for several hours before cooking. Well it doesn’t. You literally just mix the chicken in the ‘marinade’ and fry. The dish will eat very well with a straightforward salad or boiled or fried basmati rice.</
