Perfect for the Turkey Saltimbocca this is also a great side dish for grilled meats.

Ingredients

  • 100 g (4 oz) pearl barley
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped

Method

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas 6.
