These potato dishes really excite me. They have such scope and variety, from a potato salad with a difference to an Indian curry side dish. The combination of flavours is unlimited, and I promise you if you don’t usually like soured cream you certainly will in this recipe! This is not a strict ingredients recipe, the measurements are for guidelines. I’ll give you the basic recipe for new potatoes, and you simply follow the same method for the baked potatoes.
