While making Rhodes Around Christmas in 1995 in New York, we visited a restaurant, baker, coffee shop - it really was all of these and more rolled into one — in Brooklyn. It’s called Junior’s. Junior’s has been there for many years and has a great reputation for most of its food; everything is made fresh on the premises. But one dish is voted every year the best in New York. Yes you’ve guessed it, it’s American cheesecake.
