  • About

I wasn’t quite sure what title to give this recipe. It’s really a recipe from many years ago that was called Chocolate Marquise. It is a good chocolate recipe to try as it simply can’t go wrong. Another plus is how well it works with plain, milk or white chocolate. It can also be used for so many different puddings, from a basic marquise terrine to cold mousse soufflés or a good mixed chocolate slice. The choice is yours.
