This recipe is for a basic vanilla ice-cream, replacing the vanilla with rose water to create that familiar Turkish Delight flavour. Of course, you’re still going to need some diced Turkish Delight to finish the recipe and give the right texture to the dish. You can either make it (follow my recipe opposite) or buy some, dice it and add it at the last moment.
