Neapolitan Ice-cream was always a favourite of mine. Knowing that you had chocolate, strawberry and vanilla ice-creams all in one slice, it had to be a favourite! The recipes for all those flavoured ice-creams are featured in More Rhodes Around Britain, so the classic ice-cream terrine can easily be made by following those. This recipe is going to give you a much lighter finish.
