Tomato ketchup is a sauce we’ve all grown up with and will, I’m sure, continue to be popular for many years to come. For me there’s one ‘real’ tomato ketchup and that’s Heinz. However, you know me by now, I love to have a go at recipes, so this is a home-made version. If you use demerara rather than caster sugar, it will give a stronger taste.
