If you’re looking for something to excite a grilled or pan-fried fish dish, then try cooking it with this butter, or placing a tablespoonful on top and just melting it under the grill. It’s packed with flavour and works a treat. It also eats very well with pasta dishes. The butter will keep for 1-2 weeks in the fridge and almost indefinitely if frozen.
