Ingredients

  • 12 Sea Bounty mussels (Australian blue mussels from Victoria)
  • 5 ml ( fl oz) grape seed oil
  • 2 ml lime juice
  • table salt, to taste
  • grind of white pepper

Method

Lightly steam the mussels until they are just open, remove the beards and dress the mussel meat with the oil and lime juice. Very lightly season with a little salt and a small grind of white pepper.
