Ingredients

  • 2.5 g dried wild sea lettuce (see Note)
  • 5 g ( oz) caster (superfine) sugar
  • 1 g (1/32 oz) table salt

Method

Grind the dried sea lettuce using a mortar and pestle until it becomes a fine powder. Add the sugar and grind until a powder. Add the salt and taste — it should be salty with a little sweetness. Adjust if necessary.
