Avocado Oil–Honey Custard

• 1 quantity honey custard
• 1 quantity thickened avocado oil
• pinch of

Combine the chilled honey custard and the thickened avocado oil in a medium bowl. Whisk until completely amalgamated, adjust seasoning with salt if needed. Pass through a fine sieve and chill for 3 hours before using.
