- 2 dandelion flowers, stamens only
- 10 ml (⅓ fl oz) Wellwood Wallace cold-pressed walnut oil*
Warm the hunter stock and serve 70 ml (2¼ fl oz) on each plate. Season the lettuce hearts with salt and place one in the middle of each plate. Place 3 pieces of pickled lemon peel on the lettuce. Sprinkle the grated walnut and dandelion stamens over each dish and finish with a few drops of walnut oil.
