  • 30 g (1 oz) unsalted butter
  • 4 spring onions (scallions), thinly sliced
  • table salt, to taste

Method

When ready to serve, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, add the spring onion and sweat for 10 seconds. Season with salt and remove from the heat.
