Ingredients

  • 200 g (7 oz) pickled white onions, drained
  • 65 ml ( fl oz) water
  • 5 g ( oz) caster (superfine) sugar

Method

Place all of the ingredients in an upright blender and purée until very smooth. Pass through a fine sieve and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until needed.
