Ingredients

  • 45 ml (1ยฝ fl oz) apple cider vinegar
  • 20 ml (ยพ fl oz) white balsamic vinegar
  • 30 ml (1 fl oz) water
  • 2 g (1/16 oz) caster (superfine) sugar
  • 0.5 g black peppercorns, coarsely ground
  • small pinch of table salt

Method

Combine all of the ingredients and check the seasoning.
