Ingredients

  • 50 g ( oz) saikyo (white) miso
  • 12 ml ( fl oz) strained lime juice
  • 4 g ( oz) rice wine vinegar
  • 12 ml ( fl oz) water
  • 18 ml ( fl oz) grape seed oil

Method

Whisk all of the ingredients together and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until needed.
