Wash the grapes in cold water and pat dry with paper towel. Place on a dehydrator tray and place in a food dehydrator* at 70°C (158°F) for 4 hours or until they have turned a light brown colour and their skin begins to shrivel slightly. Remove from the dehydrator and cool to room temperature. Store in an airtight container at room temperature until needed.
