Ingredients

  • 15 g (½ oz) almond oil
  • 12–16 g (⅓–⅔ oz) high-grade tapioca maltodextrin*
  • 15 g (½ oz) caster (superfine) sugar
  • table salt, to taste

Method

Combine the almond oil, 12 g ( oz) of the tapioca maltodextrin, the sugar and salt and mix well, adding more tapioca maltodextrin if necessary, until it is a powdery texture. Store in an airtight container until needed.
