  • 125 g ( oz) pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 10 g ( oz) Korean chilli powder
  • 4.5 g ( oz) onion seasoning mix
  • tiny pinch of ground cloves
  • 9 g ( oz) grape seed oil


Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F/Gas 2). Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray and roast for 5 minutes or until crisp and golden. Remove from the oven and cool to room temperature. Store in an airtight container. This will make more than necessary but they are great as a snack.
