  • 30 g (1 oz) fresh gum or eucalypt leaves
  • 130 g ( oz) Meredith Dairy sheep’s milk yoghurt


This makes more than is necessary but it’s impossible to properly blend in smaller amounts.

Place the gum leaves in a food processor and process until finely ground. Add the yoghurt and slowly mix for 3 minutes. Pass through a fine sieve and set aside in an airtight container until needed.
