Method

To make the garlic mayonnaise: Whisk all of the ingredients together in a bowl. It’s better to make this a day ahead of time and refrigerate to let the flavors blend.
To prepare the shrimp: Mix the oil, spices, and garlic together in a bowl. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours.
