This is a delicious sauce to serve with the cauliflower but is totally optional. It will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.


  • 80 g tahini
  • 15 g parsley, roughly chopped
  • 1 small g


  • Pour the tahini into the small bowl of a food processor along with the parsley and garlic. Blitz for about a minute, until the tahini is green, then pour in 80 ml of water and the lemon juice and season with ¼
