This is delicious alongside all sorts of things: chargrilled chops, for example, grilled sausages, or pan-fried pork loin or tofu. I like to keep the skins, brush them very lightly with olive oil and roast them for about 8 minutes, at 200°C fan, to eat as a crisp-like snack.
