Laksa soups have become a perennial favourite snack or meal in everyday eating in Australia, everyone seeming to know of the best place that makes a laksa, regardless of which city you may be in. Laksa seems to have become the most celebrated dish of Nyonya cooking and we often have our own version of the classic on the Paramount menu, its richness greatly admired and appreciated. The wontons used in this dish can be made up to 2 hours beforehand and refrigerated.
