  • About

This luscious cream is a great one to keep on hand for giving snacks a lift. It makes grilled meat or sausages more appealing and is wonderful spooned onto scrambled eggs with smoked salmon or used to spike a savoury tart. It keeps for a week refrigerated and is best made several hours ahead.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons crème fraîche or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated fresh horseradish

Method

Gently mix all the ingredients together in a bowl with a spoon. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container until ready to use.
