The addition of roasted pumpkin makes this bread moist, flavoursome and very versatile. It is great served with pasta or soups or used as a base for sandwiches. It keeps quite well for a few days. Hang the expense and use the cheese suggested, don’t on any account use the packet grated variety as the outcome will be nothing short of disappointing. Be economical elsewhere and let the flavour of the bread shine through.
