There is no substitute for good ice-cream. Fruit-based ice-cream should taste of fruit-enriched cream und not have ice splinters in it. This particular ice-cream does not have an – custard base, giving it a more intense flavour. Use very ripe strawberries for the best results. The best way to purée strawberries is to blend them in food processor.
