Granola can be expensive to buy and often disappoints, being overly sugary or lacking in variety. This nutritious combination of nuts, seeds, grains and dried fruit is a favourite blend, but feel free to adapt it to use your preferred ingredients. Flaked quinoa can be found in health food shops, but if you have trouble tracking it down, increase the quantity of oats, or you could try barley or millet flakes.
