Add 140 g/5 oz diced chorizo or 200 g/7 oz smoked hot cooking chorizo with the beans, following the cooking instructions, above. Serve sprinkled with chopped coriander/cilantro on slices of buttered toast, instead of the roasted mushrooms and parsley.
