Slice 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, about 175 g/6 oz each, into thin strips and marinate in 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp fish sauce for 30 minutes. Stir-fry for 2 minutes before adding the vegetables, as described above.
