Fragrant and fiery, chimichurri is the Argentinian equivalent of Italian pesto and makes a lively sauce, marinade or dip for all types of dishes. For a speedy light meal, the sauce is served spooned over parcels of crisp fried gnocchi. You could also add a can of chickpeas and warm through with the gnocchi for extra substance, or serve with steak instead of the hazelnuts.
