Surprisingly easy to make, these sushi cones don’t require any specialist rolling mats or any other kitchen gadgetry… simply gather a few friends together around the dining table, then make and eat as you go. You could serve a combination of the vegetable and smoked trout fillings, to cater for all food tastes.
