Fresh pasta is fun to make, but admittedly it requires time and a certain amount of effort, but I’d like to think that this recipe deserves both. This makes a stunning special meal or alternative Sunday lunch, and what’s more once all the preparation has been done, the fresh pasta takes next to no time to cook. You could, of course, use ready-made pappardelle to speed things up.
