Try experimenting with different toppings, including:
Tomato sauce, sliced cooked chestnuts, crumbled blue cheese, chunks of cooked herb and pork sausage and sage.
Slices of Tallegio cheese, thin slices of cooked potato, prosciutto and rosemary (omit the tomato sauce).
Tomato sauce, prawns/shrimp, courgette/zucchini, basil, mozzarella, chilli oil and topped with rocket/arugula after cooking.
