Pasta bows look and taste delectable and they are irresistible with courgettes. This is a good dish for vegetarians but also makes an excellent accompaniment to ham or roast pork.
Start the water boiling for the pasta. While you do this and cook the pasta until it is ‘al dente’, prepare the courgettes.
