It’s amazing how quickly you can whip up this unusual and delicious sauce. It is extra-good with home-made noodles and an exotic way to begin a dinner or lunch party. The initial toasting helps bring out the flavour of the walnut pieces. The sauce can be stored in the fridge for a week and freezes perfectly.


  • 4 oz (100 g) walnut pieces
