Here is a wonderful starter for a special occasion. Everyone loves smoked salmon and knows how expensive it is - this is an excellent way to make it go further. I do recommend making your own pasta for this dish, but it can also be cooked with dried egg noodles. Make the sauce well in advance to give the cream time to infuse with the salmon.
