This is an unusual and perfect stand-by dish, much enjoyed by my family and friends. You can keep all the ingredients in your larder and the sauce can be prepared in less time than it takes to cook the pasta. The fat noodles, coated in fragrant sauce, look and smell very appetising - the simple combination of anchovies and tuna fish is a magical one.
