  • 185 g can of tuna, drained
  • ½ garlic clove
  • ½ dried chilli


  1. Put the tuna, garlic, chilli, anchovies and parsley in a food processor. Process for 15 seconds and then add the egg through the funnel. Keep the machine running while adding the oil. Transfer to a serving bowl and keep warm in a low oven.
  2. Cook the pasta according to pack instructions until al dente. Before draining it, scoop out a mugful of the pasta water
