Method

  1. Wash and dry the courgette and cut it into matchsticks. Put them in a bowl. Add the olive paste, garlic cloves, basil and plenty of pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the garlic cloves and put the bowl in a low oven just before you begin to cook the pasta.
