This recipe was born out of a mischance. One night I had the pasta ready for supper when the doorbell rang. It was a couple of friends passing by; they couldn’t stay for supper, ‘only a drink’. The pasta sat ready in the bowl. About one hour later we were too hungry to heat it up and began to eat it as it was, and ... it was a revelation. So now the dish has entered my very short repertoire of cold pastas. Here it is.
